Mae 33 o blant llawn amser a phedwar o blant rhan amser yn yr ysgol gyda dwy athrawes yn eu dysgu.Mrs. Mary Thomas yw'r brifathrawes a Mrs. Glenys Jones yw'r athrawes fabanod.Mae 11 o'r plant yn dod o gartrefi hollol Gymreig, 12 o gartrefi Seisnig a'r gweddill o gartrefi lle mae un rhiant yn siarad Cymraeg.Ar ffermydd cyfagos mae 15 o'r plant yn byw a 10 yn unig sy'n byw yn y pentref.

Y gogyddes yw Mrs. Mair Jones o Dywyn ac mae'r plant yn bwyta cinio yn y gegin lle y darperir y bwyd. Dau yn unig sy'n dod brechdanau i'r ysgol a'r gweddill yn cael cinio ysgol.

Fel y gwelwch o'r cofnodion uchod mae coeden enfawr yn tyfu yn iard yr ysgol ac yn parhau i fod yn niwsans - gweler y llun.Mae hi'n goeden fendigedig ond wedi ei phlannu yn y man anghywir!

Peth arall sy'n achosi poen i blant yr ysgol yw'r tanc nwy sydd wedi ei leoli yng nghanol y man chwarae.Ein breuddwyd yw gweld y tanc yn cael ei gladdu yn lle ei fod yn edrych fel roced yn barod i fynd i'r gofod.Rydym yn siwr mai dyma'r unig ysgol yng Ngwynedd lle mae'r plant yn cwyno yn achlysurol bod y bel yn y ffordd, afon, cae, tanc nwy neu'n styc yn y goeden neu d'r ysgol.

Traffig

Parhau mae cwynion yr ardalwyr bod y traffig yn mynd yn rhy gyflym drwy'r pentref er bod 'rumplesticks' ar y ffordd i mewn i'r pentref o gyfeiriad Machynlleth. Does dim i arafu'r traffig o gyfeiriad Tywyn.Creda'r plant y byddai 'sleeping policeman' tew ym mhob pen i'r pentref ac un yn y canol yn gwella'r sefyllfa yn syth. Roedd dau neu dri am gael plismon yn taflu 'stingers' o flaen y ceir, yna byddai'r traffig yn bendant yn arafu.

Wrth ddod i mewn i Bennal o gyfeiriad Machynlleth mae man peryglus iawn wrth Rhys Terrace ac o'r cyfeiriad arall mae pont gul sy'n achosi llawer damwain.
